This Privacy Policy explains how personal data submitted through forms on this website is collected and used.

The data controller is:
Filip Kahoun, Ph.D.
Business ID: 69563161
Registered address: R. A. Dvorského 601, 109 00 Prague, Czech Republic

2. What data is collected
Depending on the form you use, I may process:
- your email address;
- information about the resource, waitlist, or service you requested;
- contact details and other information you provide in an enquiry;
- the source, date, and time of your request or subscription;
- technical records necessary to demonstrate that consent was submitted.
3. Why your data is used
Workbook and waitlist forms
If you submit a workbook or waitlist form, your email address will be used to provide the requested resource or notification and to send you occasional emails about my courses, books, webinars, and related offers.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Contact enquiries
If you submit a contact or booking enquiry, your data will be used to respond to your request and, where relevant, to discuss or prepare the requested service.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Your contact details will be used for marketing only if you separately agree to receive marketing emails.
4. How long your data is stored
Data used for marketing communications will be stored until you withdraw your consent or until the relevant mailing activity is discontinued.
Data submitted through a contact or booking enquiry will be stored for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry, manage the resulting business relationship, and protect any related legal claims.
A limited record of consent, withdrawal, or objection may be retained where necessary to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations.
5. Who processes your data
I may use external service providers to operate the website, store contact details, and send emails on my behalf. These providers process personal data only under my instructions and appropriate data-processing agreements.
If a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will be protected by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.

You have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request correction or deletion of your data;
- restrict the processing of your data;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- object to the use of your data for direct marketing;
- request data portability where applicable;
- lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email or by contacting filip.kahoun@gmail.com.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
7. Automated decision-making
Your personal data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
8. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the way personal data is processed changes. The current version will always be available on this page.
